Because PlanterLab is an inherently digital SaaS (Software as a Service) subscription platform providing instantaneous access to our proprietary 3D procedural generation engine, all sales are absolutely final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

1. Digital Nature of the Product

Upon subscribing to the Supporter or Business Tier, your account is immediately granted irrevocable access to our generation tools, premium materials, and unlimited commercial STL exports. Due to the irreversible delivery of this digital access, we cannot accept returns or process refund requests.

2. Printability and Hardware Compatibility

PlanterLab guarantees that the exported `.stl` and `.obj` files are mathematically sound and manifold. However, we are not responsible for your individual 3D printing hardware, slicing software behavior, bed adhesion, or filament properties.

  • A failed print on your personal hardware does not qualify for a refund of your software subscription.
  • Users are encouraged to utilize the Free Tier to test our procedural engine and verify compatibility with their slicing software before committing to a paid tier.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future automated billing. Your account will retain premium access until the end of your currently paid billing cycle.

Disputing a charge or initiating a chargeback through your bank after utilizing our digital services will result in a permanent ban of your account and related email addresses.

4. Final Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase for any PlanterLab subscription tier, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this No-Refund Policy. If you have any questions regarding your hardware compatibility, please thoroughly test the Free Tier before upgrading.
